What we collect: your name, company, phone, email and the message you enter in a form or when registering to keep using a tool. If you register on the ingredient search page: your first and last name, phone, email, organisation and your ingredient search history. For questions asked to the RA Advisor, see "RA Advisor history" below; attached label text is used to answer and is not kept.
Purpose: to reply about what you asked; to send useful regulatory updates, news, service offers and seminar invitations only to people who tick that separate consent box (you can use everything without it and opt out at any time); where that box mentions ads, to show you relevant ads on Facebook (Meta Platforms) and Google (Google LLC) using your phone number/email, sent to those platforms one-way hashed for account matching only; sharing only with the group company that delivers it (VISBIO Co., Ltd. for lab work · Zubb Biotech Co., Ltd. for cosmetic OEM). Apart from this we do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
Label photos and questions: sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to produce the answer; this website does not store the images.
Expert review requests (product classification, formula, label, claims): we keep your answers, contact details and the files you send (formula, label, product photos, ad copy) to pre-check them, contact you and quote. Formula data is used only for this job and seen only by TIBD Co., Ltd. consultants. Photos and PDFs are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to read the text for the pre-check (Word/Excel files are read by our own system). Unsent drafts not edited for 30 days are deleted automatically; submitted cases, including all files, are deleted when you ask.
Pre-quote assessment (production site and standards work): we keep your answers, contact details and the site photos and documents you send, to assess the scope, contact you and quote. Only TIBD Co., Ltd. consultants can see them. Photos (not documents) are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to sort them and read machine power plates, so the team can assess faster. Unsent drafts not edited for 30 days are deleted automatically; submitted cases, including all files, are deleted when you ask.
Members (sign-in with LINE or Google): we keep the name you confirm, your email (Google only), a one-way reference to your account (it cannot be turned back into your LINE/Google ID), the join date and your game scores, so you can sign in on any device and appear on the leaderboard (first name and last initial only). No passwords are stored. You can delete your account and scores yourself on the My account page.
RA Advisor history: for members with a level only, we keep your questions and answers for 12 months so you can look back. Only you can see them, you can delete them at any time on the history page, and label images are not stored. If you delete your account, your question history and followed substances are deleted with it. For other members and visitors, the website does not save questions in the database, but the server briefly holds some in memory (no name, not linked to any account): the latest 300 questions, used to see what the database is missing, and the answer to a first question that others ask again, for 7 days, so the AI is not called twice. This is cleared when the website restarts.
Cookies: cookies needed for the site to work (remembering that you registered, counting tool quotas, blocking forged form posts) are always on. Analytics cookies from Google Analytics (Google LLC) show which pages and tools are used, without identifying you, and run only if you accept. You can change your choice via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.
Retention: kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, and deleted when you ask.
