FDA Thailand Guide (fdathailand.co) is an independent website operated by TIBD Co., Ltd. It is not the website of the Thai Food and Drug Administration. By using this website you agree to these terms.

1. Preliminary guidance only

Content on this website and RA Advisor answers are not Thai FDA rulings and are not legal advice. Confirm with the Thai FDA or an expert before filing.

2. Limitation of liability

TIBD Co., Ltd. is not liable for loss arising from use of the information or answers on this website without confirming them with the Thai FDA or an expert. This does not cover loss caused by the company's wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

3. Sources and rights

Notification texts are documents published by the Thai FDA. The compilation, database structure, extracted key points, translations and checking systems are the work of TIBD Co., Ltd.

4. Permitted use

Searching, reading and citing individual items for your own or your clients' work, with fdathailand.co named as the source.

5. Not permitted

(a) Using programs, bots or scripts to collect data automatically, except general search engines that follow robots.txt · (b) Downloading or copying data in bulk to build another database or service · (c) Using the content or answers to train, fine-tune or evaluate artificial intelligence models · (d) Circumventing usage limits or protections, for example by rotating accounts, cookies or IP addresses

6. Enforcement

We may limit or suspend access when use breaches these terms and reserve our legal rights. Abnormal usage is logged.

7. Member points and reports

Members earn points for the activities listed on the My account page. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and can be used for benefits only when the company announces them. The company may change the rules or point values, end the points programme, or remove points earned through abnormal use. A report earns points only after the team confirms a real problem, and only for the first reporter. Reports may be used to improve the website without further notice.

8. Access limits and member levels

Usage limits for each tool are shown on My account. The company may change free-member limits after announcing it on the website at least 30 days in advance. Training-based levels are granted on training fees invoiced by the company, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and may be withdrawn for misuse. Answers and data from this website may not be used to train or develop AI models or to build a competing database.

9. Governing law
